Hello! Thank you for considering me as a potential therapist. I have worked in social services related occupations for over thirty years. I am humbled daily and appreciate working with people wherever stage they are in their life.
Hey there! I am a psychotherapist with a background in psychology and clinical social work. My experience stems from working with a wide variety of clients in many different treatment settings, such as schools, residential treatment facilities, supportive housing, and private practice. I work with adolescents and adults and provide treatment for mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma-related disorders.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of CRiY Therapeutic Services: Cultivating Resilience in You. I specialize in helping individuals navigate stress, trauma, grief, and emotional challenges using varying approaches that build resilience and leads to lasting change as you journey to renew your mind. I provide support to individuals 13 yrs and up, couples, and families. I also provide support to individuals living with chronic pain including sickle cell anemia, long term disease, and individuals struggling with varying life challenges.
I have dedicated my career to walking alongside people through some of the most challenging chapters of their lives. My work focuses on helping individuals manage and heal from anxiety, depression, and the profound challenges of grief and loss. With over two decades of clinical experience, I’ve learned that true support means meeting people where they are—with compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of their unique struggles.
In my practice, I provide a safe and grounded space where clients can explore their pain without fear of judgment. Whether someone is overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or grieving the loss of a loved one, I guide them in developing resilience, cultivating self-compassion, and rediscovering a sense of hope. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions with a genuine belief in each person’s capacity to grow through hardship.
Helping people find light in the darkness of grief, calm in the chaos of anxiety, and strength in the depths of depression is not just my profession—it’s my calling.

I am a masters level trained Brainspotting clinician and a U.S. Army veteran. I believe in facilitating change in a supportive environment, following and observing your amazing capacity to heal from trauma in your therapeutic work. I work with veterans, first-responders, and other populations struggling with unresolved trauma and anxiety disorders.
Your unique circumstances are to be understood, honored respected and explored in a judgement free, supportive and caring environment.
