I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I’ve been working in the mental health field for 7 years. My practice helps individuals who have experience trauma. I have experience in various therapy modalities including, EMDR, Mindfulness, mind-body awareness, Evidence-Based practices, among others; addressing issues surrounding depression, anxiety, PTSD and many other mental health conditions.

With 4+ years of experience treating eating disorders, trauma, and navigating life transitions across outpatient, intensive day programs (IOP/PHP), and residential settings, I bring a trauma-informed approach to help unravel these patterns.
I have worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults as they work through life's challenges. I am client-centered with a trauma-informed lens, often leaving clients feeling heard, validated, and empowered to continue reaching their goals.
As someone who has worked as a clinician embedded in a law enforcement agency, I am acutely aware of the realities of first responders and the impact the work can have on the individual and their relationships.
I've worked for 8 years helping people get in touch with what they want. I've primarily worked with individuals navigating difficult life and interpersonal transitions, supporting professionals who are navigating career changes, and folks embarking on post-graduate educational pursuits.
I received my Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience from UCLA and then received my Master of Social Work from USC with a concentration in Children, Youth and Families. I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) while incorporating both attachment and relational-cultural theory. I operate from a strengths-forward lens and believe that safety and trust are of the utmost importance in the therapeutic process.
