I believe healing is not a destination but a journey—one that you don’t have to walk alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or old wounds that still feel present, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcomed. You bring your lived experience; I bring compassion, perspective, and steady support.
My approach is collaborative, rooted in curiosity, emotional safety, and the belief that you already hold the wisdom needed to heal. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you build a deeper, more trusting relationship with yourself so you can show up more fully in your life. If you’re ready to start that journey, I’m here to walk with you.
Your goals are most important to me, but I do recommend goals when needed. I accept you just as you are. I will work together with you to achieve an improved quality of life. I have over 30 years experience working in mental health counseling, and 10 1/2 years as a licensed provider. In that time, I have learned to use a variety of modalities. I tailor the type of therapy to my client and to his/her needs, so I might introduce more than one type during our work together. The issues I work with most include depression, anxiety, and trauma, I am also certified in addiction recovery, and neurodivergent issues.
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel human—not rushed or impersonal.
I provide a non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel understood. My approach integrates thoughtful medication management with psychotherapy when appropriate, always tailored to your individual needs.
Diagnosis can be an important part of understanding your experience, but it’s only one piece of the picture. I look at your mental, physical, and emotional well-being, as well as the life experiences that shape what you’re going through.
I offer collaborative, grounded care to help you move toward a more balanced, integrative, and holistic sense of well-being.
You're smart, self-aware, and honestly pretty good at explaining exactly why you're stuck. You just can't seem to get unstuck. The to-do list exists. The plan sort of exists. And yet — the avoidance, the overthinking, the decision that keeps not getting made. Sound familiar? Anxiety, perfectionism, and big life transitions have a way of quietly running the show. Therapy isn't about fixing what's wrong with you — because nothing is. It's about understanding what's underneath, building some actual tools, and figuring out what you want. Not what everyone else thinks you should.

Is your trauma, PTSD, anxiety & grief constantly getting activated? Do you feel like you can never get beyond what has happened to you? Together we will create a warm, compassionate, and understanding environment to help you get in touch and learn how to deal with the rollercoaster of emotions. I have been a clinical social worker since 2017 and have a life long history of working with children and families. My career as a social worker has taken me on many paths including child welfare, crisis response teams, hospital emergency room response, medical clinic behavioral health, hospice (most spiritual work ever), and meanwhile have always had my private pratice. I love to incorporate animal assisted therapy as who doesn't love dogs and horses? My speciality is working with trauma and I am constantly training to have the most up to date skills and be the best in my field.
