I am trained in EMDR (Eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and specialize in working with trauma and trauma related conditions.

In my practice, I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I have 15+ years of experience in the field of therapy. I like to help adults and adolescents deal with life's challenges. Outside of work I enjoy my kids, family and friends, and my ranch (where I have horses).

My background working in the fields of adoption and foster care led me to focus on healing trauma - childhood trauma or later traumas that impact our everyday functioning. I am here to help you heal. In addition to being an LMFT, I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and I incorporate mental health practices with body work and breath work to reduce symptoms.
