I work compassionately with clients to safely explore and understand how they came to be who they are and how they may best address their issues. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression and trauma. Discussing and exploring your unique history, mental processes, feelings, relationship patterns and significant experiences can lead to clearer understanding and insights which can be transformative. As an Asian-American woman, I am sensitive to social justice. In my work, I endeavor to treat all clients with respect, nonjudgment and open-mindedness.

Marsel Kogan is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner providing evidence-based care for adults. He specializes in psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with a collaborative, goal-focused approach. With experience in outpatient psychiatry, urgent care, and occupational medicine, he offers whole-person care. He is bilingual in Russian and English.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 14 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults as well as adults with complex medical ailments I bring a deep understanding of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that can impact your mental health. My training allows me to diagnose and give treatment recommendations based on my assessment which consists of an evaluation gathering personal history, psychosocial and environmental stressors, and symptom review. I am a double Board Certified Psychiatrist with Specialty Fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I completed my Adult Residency Training and Child and Adolescent Fellowship training at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2009 and 2011 respectively.
My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been in clinical therapy work since 2017. Prior to that I was utilizing my psychology background in case management and social work support services in various settings, working with a variety of populations (including underserved people and minorities, and previously incarcerated individuals). It is truly my life's purpose to connect with others and I love empowering individuals on their personal journey.
