I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps people navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, and life’s harder moments with over a decade of experience.
Starting therapy can often make people feel nervous and unsure about what to expect. I understand how hard it is to trust a stranger with such personal thoughts and feelings. I have been working to help others create a safe and productive space to share and grow since 2013.
Clients often describe me as compassionate, empathetic, and a genuinely active listener. I bring authenticity and warmth into the therapy room—along with a healthy sprinkle of humor.
I have a master's degree in mental health counseling and have been working with the court systems for the last 9 years leading groups as well as individual/couple sessions.
With 30 years of professional experience as a counselor, I am committed to guiding individuals towards holistic well-being. Specializing in addressing a diverse range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, relationship dynamics, trauma and abuse, as well as navigating the complexities of grief and loss, my therapeutic approach is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. I want my clients to know that therapy with me is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space. I understand that everyone’s journey is different, and I meet each person exactly where they are. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as we explore challenges, build on strengths, and uncover solutions together.
As a veteran and counselor, I know what it means to face change, loss, and uncertainty—and I bring that understanding into my work.
