Hi! I'm so glad you're here!
I have been practicing as a counselor since 2022. I graduated from Lamar University with a Masters of Counseling and Development in 2020. I spent two years working hand in hand with a phenomenal supervisor to hone my counseling skills to better help clients like you!
I work with clients of all ages and a variety of issues including anxiety, behavioral challenges, depression, big life changes and adjustments, and more.
Pssst! Hey there! Yes, YOU! The one feeling stressed, exhausted and beyond overwhelmed! Your life may have been in balance before, with time for family, friends, and a successful career, but now everything is chaotic. You are on edge or shut down most of the time. Emotions are all over - anger, panic, tears, even isolation. No matter what you try, nothing seems to work. You just want it all to stop.
I get it, and I'm here to help.
I am a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor (NCC), and an LPC. I graduated from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL with a Master's in Counseling. I am excited to embark on this journey of healing with you all. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced or are experiencing trauma and abuse. My client population includes individuals who are suffering from anxiety, depression, self-harming tendencies, suicidal thoughts, or an eating disorder.
Hi, I’m Kellie. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and National Certified Counselor with experience in private practice, intensive outpatient care, crisis intervention, and higher-acuity treatment. I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, burnout, relationship concerns, and life transitions. You can expect warmth, humor, honest feedback, and compassionate challenges. I use a client-centered approach to ensure therapy focuses on your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or stretched thin by anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or life changes, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals who want a space to feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move through challenges and toward meaningful growth. My goal is to create an affirming, compassionate environment where you can show up as you are and begin making sense of what you’re carrying.
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning
I am a firm believer that life–even the best of lives– has moments of pain and suffering; however great or small. Some come to pass quickly and float away from our consciousness, while others stay with us, shape us, change our relationships and the way we see the world. The rest of our life is filled with moments dependent on how we cope with, process and accept those moments of pain or suffering.
Hi, I’m Cryshanna Rockwell, LPC, a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a strong background in trauma-informed care, anxiety treatment, ADHD support, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered, blending evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions to help individuals and families navigate their challenges with confidence.
With experience in law enforcement, crisis response, and military life, I understand the complexities of high-stress environments and how they impact mental health. I work with adolescents, adults, veterans, first responders, and individuals facing major life changes, offering a safe and supportive space to explore their experiences and build resilience.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University and multiple certifications, including National Certified Counselor, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My goal is to empower my clients with the tools and insight they need to overcome obstacles and thrive.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, solution-focused, and culturally aware, I’d love to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
