Greetings! I am Terrance S. Tufts, M.A., LPC. I have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, and men's issues just to name a few. You might be here because you're navigating a major life transition — trying to get pregnant, adjusting to motherhood, or feeling burnt out from it all!
These seasons can feel overwhelming, isolating, and confusing, especially when you're used to being the one who has it all together.

As a new mom who also lives with anxiety- I get you and I see you! You are not alone and there is a way through!
My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you're experiencing and reconnect with yourself. Together, we work to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want to create.

You've been called too much, or not enough. Maybe both, depending on the room. I work with individuals and couples in affirming, culturally responsive therapy. POC, LGBTQIA+ folks, people in ENM and nontraditional relationships, and anyone who's spent a lifetime translating themselves to be understood. Clients come in carrying grief, people-pleasing patterns, identity questions, the weight of being misread, or a relationship that's drifted, gone quiet, or is trying to find a new shape that actually fits. I'll challenge you and stay warm doing it. I don't ask you to shrink or perform to be met. This is a space to be known in full.
