Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or substance use challenges begin affecting your relationships, daily functioning, and overall well-being. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, struggling to cope with painful experiences, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use concerns, stress management challenges, ADHD, anger management issues, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or overwhelmed by life's demands. Together, we'll create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that support healing, emotional wellness, and long-term personal growth.

Through my work, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all walks of life as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength. My dream client in therapy is someone who is ready and open to change—an adult or couple who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, but who holds a genuine desire to grow, heal, and build a more fulfilling life. They may be navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or internal struggles like anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional pain. What makes them ideal is their willingness to explore, reflect, and take steps toward meaningful transformation.
