I am a psychologist who emphasizes a generalist approach with a multicultural focus utilizing an interpersonal and interactive supportive method and style that encourages personal growth, personal responsibility and cognitive as well as emotional self-awareness .

I have over five (5) years’ experience providing services to a wide range of populations including adolescents, adults and couples in school, outpatient, nonprofit, and virtual settings. My specialties include providing counseling services to adults, adolescents, and families surrounding depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, and emotional regulation.

For adults, this can look like burnout, overanalyzing, and repeating patterns that are hard to break. I have over 6 years of experience working with youth, including engaging kids ages 5–11 in telehealth (yes, even the ones who don’t want to talk). My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth.
