As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker sense 2007 I have provided therapy for young teens, young adults, and adults. I believe that therapy can enhance our lives, give direction in time of need, and help to have a more successful journey in life.
I provide thoughtful, individualized therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, or the general challenges of life. While I work with a wide range of adults, I specialize in young adults, men, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether you're facing one clear hurdle or managing a complex mix of stressors, I partner with you to turn toward building lasting growth.
I’m Paige Allegra Blayne, a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, eating disorders, or life transitions, I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals recovering from trauma, and those facing challenges related to body image, infertility, substance use, and women’s mental health. My practice is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore every part of yourself without judgment.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Psychoanalytic therapy offers a different kind of conversation. It’s a space where you can speak freely, without needing to organize your thoughts in advance, and where what you say is taken seriously. Often, thoughts and feelings that haven’t been spoken—even to yourself—begin to take shape. Something that has been unclear or just out of reach can gradually come into view. Over time, patterns emerge, and what once felt fixed can begin to loosen.
Before I was a therapist I worked as a Behavior Technician and Care Manager for children, adolescents, adults and their families in the upstate New York region. I have extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, working with children, adolescents and adults treating anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and ADHD.
I’m Dr. Gina Sissoko, a licensed clinical psychologist passionate about helping women—especially Black women, immigrant women, and high-achieving professionals—heal from trauma, manage stress, and create lives that feel balanced and authentic.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both science and cultural awareness. I specialize in supporting women navigating burnout, relationship challenges, and the effects of racism or gender bias at work. In our sessions, I create a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and rebuild confidence from the inside out.
